OYSTER ROAST WEEKEND HOTEL AND RESTAURANT INFORMATION
We will be using the same hotel that we used last year (see details below). For those who did not attend last year, the hotel is next to the Crabtree Valley Shopping Center. While the restaurant for Friday night’s dinner will be in the same location as last year, it has a new name this year the Crabtree Tavern. As last year it is conveniently located next door to the hotel.

Dinner Friday Night
* Dinner reservations are at the Crabtree Tavern (www.crabtreetavern.com formerly Tavola Rossa). Dinner, once again, will be a socializing buffet, to allow for the telling of tales which have grown one year taller. We have the bar area and the patio (weather permitting) reserved for us from 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., with food and drinks (cash bar) available beginning at 6:00 p.m. The buffet style will include the following:
- Wild field green salad with dressing choices;
- Seasonal vegetables;
- Garlic bread;
- Pesto chicken primavera; and
- Carving station with sirloin roast.
* The total cost of dinner will be $25.00 (includes taxes and gratuity) per person, which will be collected upon your arrival.
* If you would like to sponsor a senior, send an extra $25 check with your Oyster Roast check. Last year we received enough sponsors to pay for all the seniors, and they were most appreciative – and they really deserved it, as this year’s seniors also do.
* If you plan to attend, by no later than April 15, 2010 please provide Buz Phillips (Buzphillips@mindspring.com) or Steve Henderson (steve@sphenderson.us) the names of the people for whom you are making reservations. We need responses by April 15 in order to confirm our total reservation with Crabtree Tavern.
